Acrodermatitis continua
From my personal point of view there are two forms of the disease, characterized by similar clinical presentation, prolonged course and extreme resistance to treatment. The first common form is clinically and histopathologically related to eczema. The second uncommon form is considered to be pustular psoriasis.
