Allergic contact glossitis due to mistaken multiple topical applications of diclofenac sodium 1% gel. (Dicloren gel). Diclofenac sodium is known to cause delayed hypersensitivity following its topical or systemic use. Bacterial and yeast (candida) tongue culture  tests were negative.
