Fox-Fordyce disease (apocrine miliaria) is an uncommon disorder of the axillary apocrine glands with distinctive pruritic dome-shaped follicular papules. This starts after adolescence and affects apocrine gland-bearing skin(underarm, pubic, nipple areas). The itching is exacerbated by increased sweating. Most common in women, it can also occur in males.
